LendRisk collects only the information necessary to provide climate risk scoring services. This includes property addresses submitted for analysis and contact information provided through our website forms.
Our service is designed to operate without personally identifiable information. We require only property addresses to generate climate risk scores. We do not collect, store, or process borrower names, Social Security numbers, loan amounts, or any other PII.
All climate risk data is sourced from publicly available federal datasets including FEMA, NOAA, USFS, NASA, and USGS. No proprietary or third-party consumer data is used.
Property addresses and analysis results are encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry best practices for data security and access controls.
